weekend project

There are so many rooms in my house that need "pulling together", but for right now my focus is on Bronson's room.  I've gotten this far.
I know, not much, but it's a start.  Bronson loves to sit and read in his room so I thought it would be fun to build him a "fort" where he can hide out, read, relax, play with legos, and do what ever else it is that little boys do.   So, this is what I am going to make him...
minus the chandelier and table, those will be replaced with a handful of throw pillows.  I would have loved something like this when I was kid.  I hope he likes it.

How about you, any projects you plan to tackle this weekend?  I would love to see them!  Enjoy your weekend friends.

Wishing you sunshine & cheer!

  4. Bronson is so lucky. He's going to love his fort. And I'm sure the pillows will make it extra cool. I can't wait to see what you create, Bianca! Have an awesome weekend!

  8. I would have loved to have a fort like that! It kind of reminds me of the epically awesome tent in the movie The Holiday :)
